Managing Anger: How to Improve Your Emotional Intelligence?
Growing up, we may experience a lot of setbacks. When things lose control, feelings of frustration and confusion can evolve into anger without us noticing. There are many ways to let out your emotions, but when you are consumed by emotions, you may hurt your friends and yourself. Learning anger management is crucial. Through creating art, we can provide teenagers with a proper emotional outlet, encouraging them to acknowledge and control their anger. Observing through artistic creation, parents learn to understand their children's emotional needs and improve their emotional well-being.

Say Bye to Addiction! Train Your Kid's Self-Discipline
Addicted to gaming, the Internet, our phones... We get addicted to things often due to our lack of self-control. If we can understand the reasons for addiction from an early age and learn to allocate our time well, we can better navigate our lives. This course uses art therapy techniques to help students understand the causes of their addiction and gain self-understanding in the creative process. They can also observe and explore in art, discovering the mysterious relationship between the act of creating and their daily lives.
