Project Officer

About the Post

  • Works on average 45 hours per week;

  • 12 months contract (Dec 2024 - Nov 2025).

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Coordination

    • Implement art and emotional support programme;

    • Liaise with partnering organizations and stakeholders;

  • Exhibition Management

    • Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions in schools and community spaces;

    • Collaborate with artists, educators, and mental health professionals;

  • Community Engagement

    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for various audience groups;

    • Promote mental health awareness through artistic mediums;

  • Digital Outreach

    • Manage social media accounts and website content;

    • Create engaging digital content to promote programmes and exhibitions;

  • Administrative Support

    • Assist with budgeting and resource allocation;

    • Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes.

​Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Arts Administration, Psychology, Education, Cultural Studies, Journalism, Humanities) ;

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience; experience in arts and cultural programmes is an advantage;

  • Strong interest in psychology and art therapy applications in mental health;

  • Excellent project management and communication skills;

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva is a plus;

  • Creative mindset with ability to work independently; passionate about mental health awareness and community engagement;

  • Adaptable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends;

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese.
