About the Post

Works on average 45 hours per week;

12 months contract (Dec 2024 - Nov 2025).

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination
-
Implement art and emotional support programme;
-
Liaise with partnering organizations and stakeholders;
-

Exhibition Management
-
Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions in schools and community spaces;
-
Collaborate with artists, educators, and mental health professionals;
-

Community Engagement
-
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for various audience groups;
-
Promote mental health awareness through artistic mediums;
-
-
Digital Outreach
-
Manage social media accounts and website content;
-
Create engaging digital content to promote programmes and exhibitions;
-

Administrative Support
-
Assist with budgeting and resource allocation;
-
Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes.

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Arts Administration, Psychology, Education, Cultural Studies, Journalism, Humanities) ;

1-2 years of relevant work experience; experience in arts and cultural programmes is an advantage;

Strong interest in psychology and art therapy applications in mental health;
-
Excellent project management and communication skills;
-
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva is a plus;
-
Creative mindset with ability to work independently; passionate about mental health awareness and community engagement;

Adaptable, empathetic, and detail-oriented.

Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends;

Fluency in English and Cantonese.
